Interlibrary Loan Request

Materials not available to borrow through the SWAN library catalog may sometimes be borrowed from other libraries in Illinois. To request an item from another library, fill out the form included below. Please note that exclusions apply based on the lending library's policies, and new items are not available through this service. Most interlibrary loans are available within a week, but some requests may take longer to obtain, depending on the availability of the requested item and the number of libraries willing to lend a particular item. Patrons are limited to five (5) active interlibrary loan requests at one time.
