The Library District's mission includes providing access to a variety of cultural, educational, technological and creative materials and services - and it all starts with your Library Card.
Your library card opens the door to an array of services at the Library, including borrowing materials at almost any library in Illinois, downloading eBooks, eAudiobooks, music and movies, and accessing a variety of databases for information and learning opportunities.
Meeting rooms are available to cardholders and Roselle residents. Reserve a space for your next meeting.
Library card holders may be eligible for homebound delivery services.
Use your library card for discounts at cultural destinations in the Chicago area and statewide.
With or without a library card, take advantage of these services:
- reference and reader's advisory from trained professional staff
- study spaces for individuals and small groups
- notary public services
- voter registration
- test proctoring
- technology resources including printing, copying, scanning and faxing
