Learn the basics of the chemical process that creates sourdough starters, compare regular vs gluten free starters under a microscope, and then make your own to take home!

Registration Required, opens on August 15.

This program is designed for children in grades 3-5. Children in the designated grade range for this program are strongly encouraged to attend independently. Caregivers must stay in the Library for the program's duration.
