Make, Take, and Bake...Your Own Bread!

Come taste and make delicious bread at the library! Chef Cherise guides teens in this fully hands on class as they make their own yeast dough. Through this process, they will learn the steps of yeast bread production and how to make a great loaf of bread. They will also have a bowl of dough, in the fermentation stage, which will be ready for them to take home, shape, and bake in their home kitchen.

Each chef needs to bring their own mixing bowl (2 quart size), teaspoon, mixing spoon, and a liquid measuring cup. Everything else will be provided!
